Rachael from Staple Design made our home makeover a very enjoyable experience.

Staple Design recently renovated the room in the house where we spend a large part of our time..... our office/study. We have an old home built in 1900 and it was important to have a sleek modern look which was also in keeping with the rest of the house. Rachael did an excellent job in advising how to bring in features from the next room, and also to blend with the jarrah floors and very high ceilings. Her attention to detail was outstanding, even advising us to order the door and drawer knobs from a supplier in the U.S!. Rachael provided us with great ideas and helped us turn them into reality. She was available to communicate and advise us and our subcontractors at all times as necessary. She was professional, prompt, and did what she said she was going to do, eg, concepts, drawings etc arrived as and when she said they would. Staple Design created the design of our kitchen that resulted in a high standard of finish, met all our expectations and helped us to develop a kitchen concept that greatly improved the end design and outcome over what had first been envisaged. Rachael was great to work with. We provided her with a few very basic ideas for what we wanted for our TV cabinet and she went away and came back with a few design options for us to choose our favourite and decide on final details. From there she provided options and quotes for cabinet makers (people she trusted and had worked with before). She even spent time on site to ensure the cabinets were installed appropriately and knew all the right questions to ask to ensure a quality job. We were on a tight deadline (needed to get it done before a baby arrived) so Rachael was great and making sure the job was done in time.
